Founder Story
Irsan is a dedicated barista, coffeepreneur, instructor, assessor, café business consultant, vocational lecturer, writer, and barista competition judge with a strong commitment to the coffee industry. Born in Sinjai on August 31, 1987, and currently residing in Makassar, his career journey began at the most basic level as a restaurant server before successfully establishing multiple coffee-based businesses.
